RENTAL PROCESS
  • Set up a phone or in-person appointment to complete our lease by calling us at 928-524-3722.
  • Our leases are month-to-month.
  • Sign the lease in person or electronically with our digital signature and return it to us.
  • Pay your first month’s rental rate and security deposit.
  • Purchase a lock from us for $15, or bring your own. We highly recommend the disc style locks that cannot be easily cut with bolt cutters.
  • Move in!

ONE MONTH FREE
  • Pay for 11 months with one payment made in advance, and you get the 12th month free.

PAYMENTS
  • We accept most major credit/debit cards, cash, checks, and money orders.
  • Autopayment (preferred).
  • Over the phone.
  • Pay Online takes you to our page with SiteLink that processes our card payments. If you have a problem with your browser while paying, please try a different browser.
  • Hand deliver payment to the drop box at our office.
  • Mail payment to:  Route 66 Self Storage, 521 W Hopi Dr, Holbrook AZ 86025.

INSURANCE
  • Our insurance covers our buildings, but we do not insure your belongings.
  • If you want your stored items insured, we have information from a 3rd party insurance company where you can purchase individual storage coverage. We are not affiliated with, or paid by, this insurance company.

MOVE OUT
  • You do not have to give us advance notice of when you are moving out.
  • You must empty and clean your unit, and remove your lock.
  • To fully cancel your lease and stop our monthly billings, you must inform us when your unit is empty, clean and accessible.
